Refund Policy - the basics
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. To be eligible for a return in such cases:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase and a clear photo of the issue must be provided
Refunds
Once we review and approve your return request:

We will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
