At EGShop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We stand by the quality of our K-beauty products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy below.

Refund Policy - the basics

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. To be eligible for a return in such cases:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase and a clear photo of the issue must be provided

Refunds

Once we review and approve your return request:

  • We will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
